Because caring for yourself is part of caring for the world.

About the Festival

The Self-Work Festival is a uniquely curated experience designed to nourish, restore, and awaken well-being in the social sector.

Over three days, you’ll join a circle of 30+ healers, artists, therapists, and leaders who will guide you through practices of grounding, healing, and integration. Together, we’ll explore how self-work and social-work are deeply connected and how caring for yourself leads to bringing depth and meaningful work in the community.

With a blend of 12 Live workshops, immersive embodied practices, and 20+ Self-Work Living pre-recorded offerings from masters and guides around the world, the festival is both practical and soulful.  As we align with our inner rhythms and the wider spiritual cosmos, we return to our work with clarity, compassion, and renewed strength.

Founder's Note

Your path to wholeness, presence, and sustainable change.

We transform ourselves first for holding space for others. Let that space be a portal, a platform, an opportunity, a mirror or a rites to passage for the people we work with. This is a life-cycle, a process and path. Self-Work is a remembrance of the presence and existence of ourselves and an invitation to work and weave our beings with consciousness. Self-Work and Social-Work is spiritual - it is co-existence.

When you engage in self-work, you begin to shape a path of self-healing, one that allows you to create a safe space within yourself, to live with yourself. From this space arises a deeper sense of belonging: the feeling of being included, acknowledged, and embraced for your very existence. And from belonging, a profound sense of purpose naturally emerges.

Self-Work Festival aims to help you begin your journey of healing yourself and the whole world inside you. We are interconnected beings - thus, healing oneself is a gift to the world. When you approach the work-life from healing space - there is a phenomenon of radical change. And today, more than ever, the world needs radical change - our beings need a place to rest, rejuvenate, a permission to truly transform, so that loving is effortless, empathy is honored with honesty and expressing compassion leads to meaningful connections.
